About this programme

Informed by our 20-years of experience and data on how to build a high-performing team, we’ve distilled our work into a package of short virtual workshops that will support you and your team to establish effective working practices that enable high-performance.

These highly interactive, virtual sessions are led by our organisational change experts, and will enable you and your team to:

  • Clearly understand each team members individual strengths and how to best leverage those to meet work demands
  • Collectively manage periods of significant pressure and change
  • Make robust decisions at pace so work continues to move forward regardless of what is happening in and outside your organisation
  • Prioritise efficiently and effectively adapt when priorities shift or change
  • Support one another in getting work done
  • Establish clear ways of working so that goals are achieved together

How the package works

This package is comprised of 4 x 2-hour virtual workshops. Each session is led by one of our expert facilitators and can be delivered over a timeframe that suits you e.g. over a short sprint, or through the course of a year.

What is included within the package

  • High-performance diagnostic – measuring your team against key ‘high performance’ criteria
  • Diagnostic report and analysis – a collective assessment that will benchmark your team against our high-performing team criteria. It will pinpoint where your team’s strengths and gaps exist, and shape where to focus effort during the remainder of the programme
  • x4 2-hour virtual workshops that will address your team’s skills ‘gaps’ and give you ideas about how to best leverage team strengths
  • A series of post-workshop toolkits offering top tips and practical tools to reinforce your learning and begin to build a high-performing team
  • 12-month ‘pulse check’ that will reassess your team against our high performing team criteria and provide you with a report on where to focus effort next
