Sarah boasts a wealth of experience within the pharmaceuticals sector. Holding a number of key roles within national and global pharmaceutical organisations, she understands the complexity of the industry from every angle including market access, brand planning and strategy development.

Today, Sarah is using her expertise and applying it to the world of organisational change and our pharmaceutical clients – supporting them to achieve excellence in they way they work with customers.

As Commercial Capability Lead at Rubica, Sarah’s is focused on developing, coaching and giving people the confidence and ability to succeed within their role and in the wider pharmaceutical industry.

Paul Frith

Paul is a specialist in performance measurement and analytics; a specialism that he has applied to the world of organisational change following a realisation: organisations want and need to understand the results of a change and where opportunity exists to drive additional change and further improve performance.

Paul has worked with a number of  pharmaceutical businesses around the world including Celgene, Novartis and Sanofi who have valued his ‘passion’ and ‘genuine desire to see the organisation’s he works with succeed’.

Today, as co-founder and Director of Performance Measurement & Analytics at Rubica, Paul leads all of our performance measurement work and integrates it into our change programmes.
