Our change coaching approach

Often we ask leaders and managers to play a role in creating change in organisations – but we don’t always offer help to allow them to make the change happen. Change coaching from experienced change experts helps build capability in managing the way teams and individuals respond to change, gives easy access to useful tools and approaches and encourages the behaviours, mindsets and ways of working that are most likely to help change happen.

Working with Rubica to build and develop the teams cross functional working capability and my personal leadership style has enabled our newly formed team to become higher performing.

Rubica has enabled us to develop a better understanding of our team and preferred styles of working so that we can work together more effectively. They have also given us the tools and skills that enable us to make challenging decisions quickly – driving us forward in our strategic decision making and delivery.

As a team we have been recognised for demonstrating excellence in forming and building a new team; the organisation is looking to take forward this style of cross functional working across the organisation.
