The Rubica Culture Change Canvas is designed to make culture change management more accessible. It pulls through the culture change you want to make into tangible, practical and prioritised ‘do now’ actions with assigned owners and clear decision rights.

Rooted in the work of theorist Edgar Schein and inspired by the Operating Model Canvas of Ashridge Business School, the canvas uses the qualitative and quantitative data from our culture change survey and diagnostic to provide you with a roadmap that involves everyone and, when implemented, will move your organisation towards the culture it wants to create.
