Sue Gordon

Sue is a seasoned change and sales enablement expert who partners with senior leaders to deliver transformational programmes that drive lasting business growth. With deep experience in the medical device industry and a passion for understanding human behaviour in organisational settings, she specialises in ensuring operational, structural, and cultural change is implemented successfully – and sustainably. 

Sue’s strength lies in identifying and addressing the business, operational and human factors that often determine whether change succeeds or fails. Her ability to anticipate risk combined with her commercial expertise & passion for people, allows her to design strategies that not only protect productivity but also maximise long-term value. 

Having held a breadth of leadership roles across multinational medical device organisations, Sue focuses on partnering across sales force operations, organisational design, and cross-functional transformation as a consulting partner, both within medical devices and also, a wider audience that includes FMCG, Technology and SAAS.
