Finalists at the Business Culture Awards 2021

Insights 24th October 2021

On Tuesday 5th October 2021, the Rubica team, joined by our clients from Novartis UK, attended the prestigious Business Culture Awards Dinner at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms in London having been nominated as finalists for two award categories:

  • Best Learning Initiative for Business Culture (Novartis UK + Rubica)
  • Best Culture Consultancy of the Year (Rubica)

Whilst neither company received top recognition on the night, both Rubica and Novartis were absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted as finalists.

With a record number of companies entering and 110 different organisations represented on the night, and such fierce competition, the Rubica team are extremely proud of this achievement. The team also thoroughly enjoyed a long-awaited evening celebrating and connecting with both colleagues and clients – in person.

Paul Frith, Director of Rubica said:

“This is a fantastic recognition of the focus and early impact of both of the virtual programmes we have been delivering together. The feedback from the teams benefiting from the programmes at Novartis has been brilliant, as are the initial impact stories captured so far – we are all looking forward to seeing those develop into the medium and longer term business and customer results that we know the judges are also keen to see!”

We would like to congratulate all finalists and of course the winners who like us, are helping to create and shape the future of business culture. We’d also like to thank the event organisers for such a great evening and fingers crossed for 2022.
