How to anticipate, recognise and manage people's responses to change

A free video and downloadable toolkit sharing top tips for leading your team through a time of change or uncertainty.

This video builds understanding on the psychological impact that change can have on individuals and how to best manage that to make change stick.

Taken from our Leading Through Change course, this video shares ways to identify an individuals motivational drivers for change and builds understanding around how a change might impact those drivers (the threat vs. reward state).  It will also give you a framework for identifying different approaches to motivate team members to change.  It is based on a model by David Rock, called the SCARF model, where the letters S C A R F are a mnemonic for five common factors that can activate a reward or threat response in social situations and can therefore help or hinder change.
