As Client Solutions Director at Rubica, Will partners with life sciences organisations to deliver meaningful transformation – making it practical, behavioural, and measurable. With a PhD in Cell and Disease Biology and over a decade of experience at the intersection of science, strategy, and organisational change, he helps clients build the mindsets, behaviours, and capabilities needed to thrive in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Will takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, grounded in deep sector knowledge. He’s passionate about using data and insights to simplify complex challenges, helping organisations make smart decisions and align teams to turn strategy into lasting performance.

Before joining Rubica, Will was a Director at BTS, where he led global transformation programmes for clients including GSK, Roche, Bayer, Gilead, and EY. His work has spanned multiple sectors and a range of transformation types, including strategy implementation, cultural change, leadership development, and commercial war-gaming.

Will is driven by the belief that lasting change happens when people are empowered, change is co-created, and insight leads the way. He is energised by helping life sciences organisations cut through complexity and build cultures where transformation doesn’t just happen – but sticks.
