What HCPs value: Achieving relevance and results with account insights

About this webinar series

Success in pharma today hinges on truly understanding what matters most to your customers—and acting on it. But this can only happen when you have robust, accurate, and relevant information about what matters to accounts and their patients AND the capabilities to transform that information into actionable, account-centric insights.

The reality is that most teams struggle in this area, with Rubica’s databank revealing that only 1 in 4 pharma field teams excel at turning information into insight.

This webinar recording gives you a rare chance to hear directly from:

  • Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about what they value most, where pharma’s current approach to account insights falls short, and how pharma can better act on information.
  • Pharma leaders who have weathered the storm and changed mindsets and behaviours around account insights, which are paying measured dividends.
