Workbook: managing peoples responses to change

A workbook that’ll build your understanding around how people perceive and respond to change and ways to best manage that.

This workbook accompanies Rubica’s video on ‘Anticipating, recognising and motivating people’s responses to change’ , it shares a practical exercise for how to put David Rock’s SCARF into practice.

The letters S C A R F are a mnemonic for five common factors that can activate a reward or threat response in social situations and subsequently affect how people can perceive and respond to change. This workbook will guide you through these five factors – help you to anticipate, recognise and manage people’s responses to either a current or upcoming change.
