Before joining Rubica, Caroline’s decades of communication experience led to her holding a number of senior leadership positions across communications, employee engagement and multi-channel marketing.

Caroline is a partner at Rubica. She focuses on creating the mindsets, behaviour shifts and cultural change needed for organisations to work well and succeed sustainably, whilst also involving and engaging colleagues in the collective delivery of an organisation’s aims in line with its purpose.
